I am a caring coach, warm and friendly with a dash of keepin' it real. It is my goal to help women to break cycles that are keeping them from creating the relationships and family life they desire and deserve. Since 2004 I have mentored teens and provided support for women who struggle to break culturally inherited mindsets & cycles of behavior.
As women we are always discovering and evolving. Consistently and constantly adapting to our environment and the expectations our cultures, society and families place on our inner voice. The voice that can ultimately hold us back, propel us forward, protects us and can even keep us in cycles that wear us out and keep us in the "chasing phase" of life.
